Amazon Kingfisher digiscoped in the Rio Grande Valley by Leica rep and friend of the blog Jeff Bouton using a Leica APO Televid 65 and iPhone 4s.
Leica rep Jeff Bouton was out doing his thing at the Rio Grande Valley Birding Festival in Texas when he found the 2nd ABA record of Amazon Kingfisher (ABA Code-5). This may have been the most photographed Amazon Kingfisher ever, as hundreds of birders at the festival were able to see this bird.
