This weeks digiscoped shot comes from Mike’s recent trip to Argentina. The Long-tailed Meadowlark is strikingly different than the meadowlarks we see in North America due to its red coloration rather than yellow. You can see that shape wise, it is similar to Eastern and Western Meadowlarks.
