Same story, west and north winds are keeping things quiet north of the Mason-Dixon Line. Birds will continue filtering into the region in low numbers. In the meantime, a contingent from State College is off on a chase to the Lesser Goldfinch in Greencastle, PA. This is Pennsylvania’s 1st record of this southwestern finch and one of very few in the northeast. Wish us luck!
