It looks like another Snowy Owl irruption winter. Alex found two identical and heavily marked birds at Sandy Hook that were previously reported. There are 4-5 Snowy Owls in NJ right now as well as several showing up across Ohio, Pennsylvania, and New York, mostly along the Great Lakes. eBird checklist
